From The Creator
My name is Paul, and I’m a
2021 year old software engineer fresh out of college where I was studying Computer Science and Mathematics. What About Paul? will mainly chronicle my successes and failures as an online entrepreneur and microISV (independent software vendor). It is also my outlet for technology news and reviews, programming projects, and much more. A few topics that really interest me are software design, online promotion and marketing, advertising, RSS, shareware development, and web services. I say this almost as a warning: these topics will probably come up more frequently than others.(A nice picture of me is pending, but should be up here shortly.)
Experience
I have a very strong interest in Computer Science and technology, and I have worked on several projects spanning a variety of disciplines:
I am the chief editor and programmer at AudioGizmo.com, home of the popular Ringtone Creator software, which allows users to create and upload an unlimited number of MP3 ringtones to their mobile phones for free.
I operate my own web/software development company called Legan Media, which serves businesses in both Connecticut and New York, USA. Several companies have already turned to Legan Media for professional website design and online identity.
I have written image gallery code that has appeared in several commercial software titles including First Page 2006 by Evrsoft, and custom software by iRedSoft Technologies, Inc.
I am currently working as a Software Engineer/UI Specialist at a pharmaceutical company as my full-time, day job.
AudioGizmo is an audio enthusiast guide. We report and review any new hardware or software that affects the listener.
