  The latest version of Ringtone Creator has a bug that does not allow execution at all on some systems. This is due to an upload mistake and we should have everything resolved within 24 hours. Those who have purchased the application and cannot use it should contact us immediately. Thank you for understanding.

   i know you have been working hard to fix the problems, I do not think this is due to an upload mistake… it downloads and installs perfectly. But once you try to run the program, it says an error has occured while running the program. Once i know that this is fixed i will without a doubt purchased the application. On behalf of many others, thank you.

   I had AudioGizmo and then I had to reformat my computer and now everytime I’ve tried to download it, it won’t run. I WOULD LOVE to purchase it and use it again. Is there anyway to download a version that works at this point?

   I purchased this program awhile ago and haven’t been able to use it for a long time. So I spent my money just not to use the program. THIS SUCKS

   Yea it does the same for me installs and then say error running i had your program in the past and i loved it please contact me when you fix this

   Your update said it would take 24 hours to fix and obviously its been longer than that. How much longer till the improved software is available?

   I have been trying to download the program for the past month now. Everytime I try to download it, it downloads and installs but when I try to open it, it says an error report. Please help me!

   I get the sms that the ringtone has been sent, and hit go. It brings me to a link that says “get the Ringtone” but when I hit go, then I get “the requested page can not be displayed”

    I just purchased your Ringtone creator software. The problem I am having is that I currently own a Boost mobile phone and everytime I attempt to upload a ringtone to your servers, I am given a server error and the ringtone I have created is not uploaded. Is there something I can do about this. If not, I will need a refund of the purchase as it is not going to work for me.

    Hello,
    I just downloaded Audio Gizmo, and it installed fine as well as created the ring tone I wanted. Problem is, it won’t upload it. I get error messages saying couldn’t connect to the servers, to try again. I even tried to do the N/A for my phone company, and that wouldn’t work.
    I like the simplicity of the software, but it won’t upload the ring tone.
    Can you tell me how you can fix this? If so, I have no problems registering my software.

    when i use your ringtone creator on some mp3 files it produces an error that says “invaild floating point operation” which repeats without end forcing me to shut it down with windows task manager. i would apreciate any help with this problem.

    I just tryed this program out, and it will not let me save it as a sound when I get the SMS message. I would love to purchase this program if I can get the sound to work on my phone..

    how do I save this as a sound file on a LG EN V phone. thanks
